SeniorCare’s Age & Dementia Friendly Connections and Assisting Care Partners to Thrive (ACT) programs hosted a day to celebrate and give back to caregivers who give so much of themselves every day.
The Honoring Caregivers event, held at the Hamilton Community House on 11/14/24, provided self-care activities and information & education to caregivers of older adults or older adults who are caregiving for adult’s with disabilities.
Nearly 100 caregivers took part in the activities, enjoying some respite from their day-to-day activities and building community connections with other caregivers.
