The Cape Ann Virtual Senior Center (CAVSC) is a collaboration of the Councils on Aging (COA) in Manchester, Rockport, Essex, and Gloucester, SeniorCare and 1623 Studios. This effort brings COA programs to the comfort and safety of your home through programming on Channel 67. Currently fitness classes as well as special events are available for viewing on Channel 67.
